Who we are
This website is operated by Collabria Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16786432, registered office 5 The Business Courtyard, Marl Pits Lane, Trudoxhill, Frome, Somerset, BA11 5DL. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
If you have any questions about this notice or about how we handle your data, contact us at info@collabria.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site, we collect your name, your work email address, and whatever you write in the message field. There are two forms: the contact form and the Readiness Assessment enquiry form.
When you browse the site, we collect anonymised usage data such as which pages are viewed and roughly where in the world visitors are. This does not identify you.
We do not collect special category data, we do not ask for it, and we would rather you did not send it. If you need to discuss something sensitive, tell us and we will find a better channel than a web form.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use what you send us to answer you, and for nothing else.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted a business asking for a response, and replying to you is what you expect us to do with your details. We have considered whether this affects your rights and we do not think it does, because we use the information only for the purpose you gave it to us for.
We use anonymised usage data on the same basis, to understand which parts of the site are useful.
We do not run a mailing list. Sending us a message does not sign you up to anything. We will not add you to a marketing list, and we will not pass your details to anyone who will.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
Framer, who host this website and process form submissions.
Google Workspace, where our email is held.
Each of these is bound to use the data only as we instruct. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Where your data is held
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it. If your enquiry becomes a client relationship, we keep records for as long as we work together and for the period our legal and accounting obligations require afterwards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it including our reliance on legitimate interests, and ask us to transfer it to another provider.
To exercise any of these, email info@collabria.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand which pages on this site are read. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to work.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice and change the date at the top.
