How we got here.
We started by planning, producing and hosting supplier events, virtual and hybrid, for large procurement functions. Events turned out to be the sharp end of something broader: whether a supplier base actually engages with you at all. So our work expanded across the whole spectrum, from how suppliers experience your buying process to how you extend a programme across thousands of them.
We built our own AI operating system to run Collabria itself. Not a pilot, and not a demo. The thing that runs our business day to day. It changed how we work, and that is what started the second half of what we now do.

Caitlyn Lewis helps CPOs and procurement leaders at multinationals turn supplier engagement from a plan into something that actually runs. She founded Collabria, a specialist execution partner that designs and delivers supplier engagement programmes for multinational consumer goods and mobility businesses. She previously founded Supplier Day, well known across procurement for bringing buyers and suppliers together.
Deidre Taylor, co-founder
Deidre Taylor makes large supplier engagement programmes run to a rhythm. She leads delivery and operations at Collabria, and co-built Annona, the AI operating system the business runs on. She came to Collabria from Supplier Day, where she designed and produced virtual and hybrid supplier events for multinational procurement functions.
